The event host assumes full responsibility for guests, vendors, and any damages incurred during the event. The Sunset Terrace is not liable for lost or stolen personal items. The venue reserves the right to charge for excessive damages or cleanup costs.
7. Venue Rules & Compliance
Noise levels must comply with city ordinances. Events exceeding permitted noise levels may be shut down early. Decor and setup restrictions apply. No nails, staples, or permanent alterations to the venue are allowed. no fireworks are permitted at the sunset terrace.
8. Force Majeure (Acts of God Clause)
The Sunset Terrace is not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
